There really is no category for this, and I am not sure if anyone reading this is too worried, but the nation’s largest pet insurance company has declared November Cancer Awareness Month for our pets.
Veterinary Pet Insurance Co. gave this advice “It’s imperative for pet owners to take their furry family members to their veterinarian for bi-annual checkups and to regularly check their pet for warning signs: lumps and bumps; sores that don’t heal; weight loss; loss of appetite; and exercise intolerance.”
As the owner of three dogs, two snakes and a bearded dragon, I am definitely a pet kind of guy. For some of you, pet insurance may make sense. Read more and check it out. And, keep an eye on those dogs. Finally, as Bob Barker would say “Spay and neuter your pets.”
