I have been contacted three times in the past 2 days by people who have either fired their attorney or been fired by their attorney. Let me just pass on some advice here.
If you are not getting along with your attorney, ask to meet with him/her in person. If they refuse, send them a certified letter requesting a meeting. If they still refuse, then you should fire them and look for another attorney.
If your attorney wants to fire you, or files a motion to withdraw, you should start looking for another attorney. I cannot recall any time a motion to withdraw has been denied. If your attorney really does not want to represent you, why do you want them to do it?
Attorney client relationships have their ups and downs. I always encourage people to try to work out any problems they have. But, if that does not work, you should be prepared to find another attorney.
