My insurance company arbitrated my case and won. What does this mean?
Not much. Arbitration, in this context, refers to “inter-company arbitration” done by the insurance companies. This ruling is not binding on anyone and the insurance company can still deny your claim. So, your insurance company can recover for the property damage (collision coverage) that they paid to you. But, if you were injured, you still need to file a lawsuit to resolve your case.
