There are a ton of mistakes that people make in their auto insurance claims. I could go on forever with things I have seen – and things people have said. You would be amazed. It is stranger than you can imagine. But, I won’t bore you.

- After the first day, never talk to the other person. They are not going to pay you, they have no control over their insurance company and they don’t really want to talk to you. Sure, there are exceptions, but follow this rule and you will be safe.
- Stop reading the internet. Places like Craigslist have “legal forums” but very few attorneys answer questions. What some guy in Tuscaloosa (no offense to the people in Tuscaloosa) has to say is irrelevant to your case in Sacramento!
- Do not yell and scream. It doesn’t help. Stop. Treat people nicely.
